Last week Holly Hollenbeck introduced us to new member Mark Anson.  Mark is a lifelong resident of the Omaha area. He grew up in Carter Lake, and graduated from Thomas Jefferson High school in Council Bluffs. He received his Bachelor Degree from Midland College.
Mark’s professional career began in the telemarketing industry in 1981. He began working at Wats Marketing and finished his telemarketing career at Sitel as the chief operating officer for Sitel Australia at the age of 39.Retirement did not stick for Mark after leaving Sitel Australia and he began a career in the insurance world. His company Vesta Voluntary Specialists grew by assisting companies with their employee benefits. Mark has recently sold his interests in that company to his partners and is trying retirement again. 
 
Mark has three adult sons and has been active as a volunteer as well. 
 
For the last 12 years Mark has also operated a nonprofit American Legion summer baseball program called the Millard Sox. . They currently sport 6 teams that serve approximately 108 Omaha area high school boys.
In his free time, Mark enjoys family, scuba diving, cooking, volunteering and baseball. Welcome, Mark!
