Last week Steve Scheuber introduced us to new member Jeff Walker. As Deputy Program Manager and Information Security Officer for FSC Edge, Jeff provides direction and oversight of a multi-functional service contract. He manages and coordinates production staff including production managers, supervisors, team leaders and staff to provide data services to the US Patent and Trademark Office. Jeff is a key leader in the implementing the security controls needed to attain the government’s Authority To Operate for our company’s segmented Amazon Web Services environment. Jeff brings to FSC Edge many years of experience in all aspects of software development, system engineering, information security and project management. Originally relocated here as active-duty Air Force, Jeff and his wife Michelle have raised their three grown sons (Alex, Zach and Eric ) within the Papillion community over the past 35 years. Michelle manages the Para Legal resources at Woodmen Life and has been with their team for nearly the whole time in Omaha. Their sons all work at local Nebraska companies and each have 2 children. Jeff’s hobbies include home renovation projects, robotics, cars and entertaining the grandchildren. All family members have participated in various, school, sports, and community activities.
