Rotarians are People of Action. On Sept. 24, volunteers socialized and worked at the BookLoop offices at 801 N. 96th St. Our grant funded the purchase of new books for the book swap. Teachers will bring a gently used book from their BookLoop classroom library and exchange it for a new book to add to their collection.
Volunteers helped by welcoming welcoming and greeting teachers, assisting with book retiring and the book swap and helping with the art kit and our Little Free Library book giveaways. Here are some pics from the event.
